Welcome to Fiona Rowland Counselling

My name is Fiona. I am an experienced, qualified Counsellor in private practice. I am a Registered Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am bound by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

Perhaps you feel ready to talk about something which has been troubling you for some time.  Or maybe you’re having difficulty with a specific situation, or have concerns about the future. Whether you’re considering Counselling and Psychotherapy yourself, or enquiring on behalf of a loved-one, friend or colleague, I hope you’ll find my website helpful.

People come to Counselling and Psychotherapy for many reasons, at various stages of their lives. This includes addiction, anxiety, bereavement, coping with change, depression, ill health, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and work-related stress.  I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever is helpful for you. Gaining a better understanding of how you feel can help you begin to move forward in more positive, healthy ways.

I offer both short-term and open-ended Counselling, including Bereavement Counselling, in the centre of Salisbury.

I also offer Telephone Counselling and Online Counselling, which can be more suited to some people's circumstances and means I can help people wherever they live.

I work with individuals aged 18 and over.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss working together, or have any questions.
